**Job Title: Production Worker**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker with experience in machine operation capable of lifting 40-50 lbs and standing for 10 hours a day. A strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read a measuring tape are essential. Reliable transportation and steel or composite toe shoes are required.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate machinery efficiently and safely.
+ Lift and move materials weighing 40-50 lbs.
+ Stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours a day.
+ Read and interpret measurements accurately using a measuring tape.
+ Participate in a two-week training program on the current shift (Monday - Thursday, 5 pm - 3 am), then transition to the designated shift (Thursday - Sunday, 5 pm - 3 am) for 9 of the 10 positions.
+ For 1 of the 10 positions, continue on the training shift post-training.
+ Maintain a safe and organized production floor.
