Production Worker Job Description

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Overtime required during peak seasons or periods of high workload
Location: Cumming, GA

Compensation: $18-19.00 per hour (Negotiable dependent on experience)

Reports to: Department Lead

Key Role and Expectations:
This position supports the fabrication and manufacturing of custom sports facility products, including netting, padding, and windscreens. The Production Worker plays a key role in ensuring products are accurately measured, assembled, and prepared for shipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble custom sports facility products.

• Stretch and cut material to precise measurements.
