Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment to meet output and quality targets
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments according to production requirements
Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out basic maintenance and repairs
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
Record production data, downtime, and defects accurately
Support implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and yield
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Assist engineers in testing, validation, and new process implementation
Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards on the production floor
Job Requirements:
. NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field)
. 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
