The Production Technical Supervisor will be responsible for providing direction and oversight for Union Technical Group Leaders, and Union Machine Technicians of ELM Operations, primarily in the final assembly area. This Supervisor will be responsible for the development of skilled Union technical personnel through our Total Productive Maintenance training /continuous improvement process. The technical Supervisor will be safeguarding Hasbro’s investments in capital equipment by managing the Preventive Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance processes
