Position Overview
The Production Team Member provides support as a member of the production team through ingredient preparation, recipe execution, packaging, sanitation, and proper storage/rotation of ingredients and finished goods.
Responsibilities:
Cut, cook, prepare, and package a variety of hot and cold foods, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, appetizers, wraps, salads, entrees, and other items.Prepare materials and ingredients for production according to production schedules and recipes.
