Main Responsibilities:To be available to supervise staff on any shift required including weekendsTo drive and maintain high standards of H&S ensuring all staff are aware of their responsibility to keep themselves and others around them safe.To be responsible for the deployment and supervision of production operatives, ensuring optimal production performance.
