Performs food processing and preparation of materials such as slicing, mixing, kneeding, weighing, etc. using various baking equipment such as dough roller, mixer, dough sheeter, dough divider, rounder machine, etc.
Inspects equipment for cleanliness, sanitation and functionality before and after each use.
Perform assigned tasks efficiently in a timely manner according to the production plan and schedule to avoid production delays.
Avoid cross‑contamination by following correct usage of color‑coded tools and equipment such as trolleys, chopping boards, rags and towels, cleaning materials, etc.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of working stations, baking equipment or machines, and working area at all times.
