Job Description
- Follow daily, weekly, monthly objectives and communicate them to direct employees.
- Manage and Control of daily production based on the defined targets (OEE, Productivity, IDC, Delivery, and OT).
- Co-operate with cross-functional team to full-fill the production volume and achieve SQCD target.
- Support troubleshooting analyzing root causes of failures and solving them, if necessary, suggestion of improvements.
- Review and Proof Production data record (M/C check sheet, 5S, Tool life, 4M, Parameter and so on).
- Lead people to follow the standards to fulfill BPS requirement on the shop floor (Point CIP, SMC, LPC, 14Q Basics, 4M, QAM, FMEA-Linewalk).
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance and calibrations.
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures/ Maintain skill matrix and coordinate proper trainings.
