Overall Purpose:

The smooth and efficient day to day running of the Production Team to the agreed standards of productivity, quality and personnel values.
Manage and Review dispatch team performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement, motivate and develop.
KPI Reporting, inclusive of data metrics and actions to measure progress.
