The Company

Our client is a leading name in several fields of manufacturing, with a major European and UK presence spanning numerous operational plants. As part of the continued growth of the business they are presently seeking a Production Team Leader to provide hands on leadership skills for their manufacturing operations at their Manchester site.

The Role

* To be a second line of leadership and management, reporting into and supporting the Production Manager

* Taking responsibility / ownership of delivering daily performance targets.

* Improve the understanding and urgency of team members to develop own skill levels, become proactive and motivated to deliver expected individual performance targets.
