Summary:

The Cheese Team Lead is responsible to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safe work practices are followed by all department employees in the efficient operation and production of quality products throughout the Cheese Department. A minimum of six months is necessary to become proficient in the cheese production operations from Milk Receiving through Bulk Pack, including HTST, vats, mixer, brine tanks, CIP systems, milk receiving, P2, DMC, and Noltec.
