About the Role
The Production Support role focuses on the accurate and consistent execution of defined design tasks. The role supports the delivery of multi-page and other static materials by applying established templates, brand guidelines and agreed project direction. The role is primarily execution-led, with a strong focus on maintaining quality, consistency and adherence to defined standards. It may contribute to design solutions within established frameworks, while maintaining responsibility for refining, adapting and producing materials based on approved direction. Working within structured workflows and shared design systems, the role manages multiple requests, incorporates feedback and prepares outputs for final delivery with a high level of attention to detail.
