JOB SUMMARY: The Production Supervisor is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of job orders and the assessment, training, oversight, mentoring, evaluation, and discipline of a team of operators as they safely perform manual duties to process and complete quality product for timely distribution to Indium Corporation customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):

+ Plan and schedule activities within the area of supervision in collaboration with other departments

+ Direct the activities and formally evaluate the individual performance of a team of operators

+ Maintain functional knowledge of processes within the area of supervision and coordinate resources to ensure jobs are completed on time and in accordance with quality requirements
