Our Client, an Automotive company, is looking for a Production Supervisor for their Bowling Green, KY location. Responsibilities:

+ Successful candidate must perform functions as it relates to safety, people, quality, responsiveness and environmental.

+ Ensuring quality vehicles are built within the department and non-conformance is followed up on.

+ Employees time is completed daily for payroll

+ Throughput efficiencies and measured and improved upon daily.

+ Manage cost through scrap reduction initiatives

+ Problem solving of issues within the department.

+ People management and issue resolution between employees and quick grievance resolution.
