A leading UK manufacturer of colour and pigment dispersions is looking to recruit a Production Team Leader (Trainee) to join our production team in Oldbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Operative looking to progress into a leadership role within a busy chemical manufacturing environment.
Following successful completion of the first year, the successful candidate will transition into a Team Leader position.

Working Hours
·Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
·Friday: 08:00 – 15:35
·15-minute morning break
·30-minute unpaid lunch break
