This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong floor presence, communication skills, and the ability to lead employees in a fast-moving environment.

Salary- 65,000-72,000

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lead and support production employees throughout the shift
+ Drive productivity, safety, quality, and operational goals
+ Maintain professional and consistent employee communication
+ Support employee coaching, accountability, and problem-solving
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
