The Production Supervisor has primary accountability to the Production Manager for the efficient and on time delivery of slit insulation materials and insulation component parts. Such components are to be manufactured strictly to prescribed design specifications and quantities, and shall be quality controlled (in-process followed by final QA outgoing inspection) and packed before release to Warehouse.
To achieve this objective, the Production Supervisor must carry out these responsibilities: Ensure that all consumables are requisitioned and delivered to the production work stations on time for production to commence. Work together with Production Team Leaders and Operators to check to ensure that all required machineries, equipment and tools are available and in good working condition.
