Production Supervisor

**POSITION SUMMARY**

The Production Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to a crew of production employees to achieve site goals including safety, performance, continuous improvement, and team development. This role is responsible for developing and enhancing skill sets of current employees across multiple aspects of the production process through robust training and coaching opportunities.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

+ Ensures all GFSI, ISO, cGMP, HACCP, Food Safety, Food Defense, Prerequisite programs, and operating procedures are in place, trained, and in compliance
+ Participate in plant safety activities including, but not limited to, completing safety audits, toolbox talks, and coaching session
