Production Supervisor (Office Hours / Day Shift)

Job Description

+ Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.
+ Follow cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
+ Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, yield enhancement projects & RPA.
+ Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations
+ Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations

Qualifications

+ Minimum qualification of **SPM / O‑Level** , Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma
+ **At least 1–3 years of working experience** in a **Production Supervisor** role
+ Willingness and ability to work in a **cleanroom environment**
+ Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly **Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint**
