Position Description: 

The Plant Supervisor is responsible for the strategic and administrative management of the CNC

machining department. This role oversees production schedules, workforce planning, policy adherence,

and coordination with other departments to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. The

Supervisor will focus on operational organization, employee development, and process improvement to

achieve company objectives.
