**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals
+ Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
+ Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company standards
+ Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among all team members
+ **Work hours are Monday thru Friday 6pm to 6am**

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Background in aggregates or building materials preferred
+ Mining experience preferred (crushing, screening)
+ Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate teams
