The Production Supervisor manages the Rotor Assembly manufacturing area
within a Siemens Energy Gas Turbine plant, using operational metrics to drive

Responsibilities include overseeing staffing, scheduling, line balancing, build
control, and minimizing scrap and rework, with accountability for meeting
customer production and quality requirements. The supervisor also drives
continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean
Manufacturing, while serving as the primary liaison for production-related
issues. Success requires strong leadership to motivate a diverse team and
