Position Summary:
Building upon the responsibilities of a Supervisor l, the Supervisor ll role is a key leadership position with the production department. It involves elevated responsibilities to ensure effective team management and operational excellence on the farm. This position primarily works on the farm around livestock. Responsibilities:

+ Contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives in alignment with the overall company strategy.

+ Provide insights and recommendations to upper management for continuous improvement.

+ Ensure the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy. 

+ Make sure safety reports are followed up on in a timely manner.

+ Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.  This includes meeting deadlines. Holds regular team meetings. Understands the farm cross-functionality, organizing workflow to get things done.
