The primary focus of this position is to lead our production team in enhancing operational productivity, efficiency, and quality. • Lead a team of Production Team Leaders by providing guidance on daily operations, team management and talent development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Warehouse, Planning, and Engineering to ensure team leaders have the available resources to achieve production targets.
