What you can look forward to as Production Supervisor (m/f/d):
Conduct shift start meeting in production & deploy the resource for the shift. Drive 5S in shopfloor. Co ordinate with HR for availability of manpower as per shceduleTrain new operator & upgrade skill level as per requirment.
