Opportunity Overview

• Responsible for supervising the activities in the Repair operations.
• Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance. (KPI and annual goals)
• Determines and allocates required resources (manpower, materials and machine) to accomplish production requirements.
• Establishes strategic goals for the team (in-line with the company's goal).
