Role Overview
The Production Supervisor / Engineer runs day-to-day production, manages safety, quality, delivery and cost on the line, and develops the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage safety on the production floor and enforce safety systems to prevent incidents.
- Control in-process quality so products meet customer and standard requirements.
- Track production and delivery against plan to fulfil orders on time and in full.
- Manage production cost; drive cost-down and productivity improvement.
- Embed 6S / shop-floor management as standard and continuously improve.
