**Job Description:**

**Summary:**

The Production Supervisor is responsible for effective personnel management to maximize production output and deliver products to customer expectations. Participates in scheduling production and ensures adherence to production schedule. 95% tactical activities (moment to 2 weeks) / 5% strategic (2 weeks – 2 years)

+ Direct team personnel assignments to ensure the accomplishment of daily production metrics.
