Reads operation logbooks and obtains verbal or written information from outgoing supervisor on the status of operation in fermentation, distillation and dehydration, evaporation and cooling tower.
Reports and receives instructions from the Production Manager with regard to the above-mentioned on-going processes and at the end of the shift, likewise relays important information to the incoming supervisor.
Regularly interacts with the CO2 Plant Supervisor with regard to carbon dioxide production.
Supervises the fermentation operation to ensure close monitoring of all required parameters such as yeast condition, pH, 0Bx/brix and temperature in order to attain optimum fermentation efficiency set by the superior.
Supervises the distillation and dehydration processes to ascertain the smooth operation of all columns and that required parameters are met and maintained for optimum distillation efficiency set by superior. <...
