**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead daily aggregate production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
+ Coordinate and guide team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
+ Monitor equipment performance and support timely maintenance and repair activities.
+ Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
+ Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and team accountability.
