We are hiring a Fabrication Supervisor in Brampton, ON. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the fabrication of metal and will supervise 12-15 direct reports.

Supervisory Duties:

• Manage and direct fabrication team members to ensure efficient production flow and high-quality output.
• Manage production machines such as punch press, break press, CNC etc
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating team members, ensuring proper cross-training where necessary.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure all team members adhere to OSHA and company safety policies.
• Lead by example to create a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Address employee concerns, administer disciplinary actions when necessary, and provide performance feedback.
• Monitor employee attendance, scheduling, and work assignments to ensure optimal productivity.
