Position Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead production employees on the 3rd shift in a food manufacturing environment while driving process improvements, meeting production KPI goals, and fostering a culture centered around safety, quality, cost, and engagement. You will guide daily operations, manage resources, and support an environment that reinforces operational excellence.

+ Oversee multiple production lines within the cell to maintain expectations for quality, productivity, and cost.
