Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead team members to accomplish process improvement opportunities while ensuring production, quality, and safety targets are met at our St. Elmo, Illinois facility. You will guide, coach, and develop employees to create an engaged, team‑oriented workforce that delivers results across safety, quality, cost, and service.
