**What's the Job?**

+ Oversee and maintain safety, quality, production, staffing, and efficiency standards within the assigned department.
+ Ensure proper staffing requirements are met and enforce all safety practices to promote a safe working environment.
+ Prepare daily efficiency reports and monitor departmental performance to meet or exceed production goals.
+ Verify compliance with HACCP documents and monitor GMPs to uphold quality standards.
+ Understand and apply BRC principles, providing training to team members to ensure standards are maintained.
