Position Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead third shift production, sanitation, and maintenance activities to deliver safe, highβquality products while meeting cost, efficiency, and compliance standards. You will develop, coach, and schedule teams to meet operational demands and partner closely with Human Resources on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.

+ Be accountable for food safety and quality across all third shift operations and facilities.
+ Lead and mentor third shift production, maintenance, and sanitation supervisors, serving as the primary point of contact for all third shift teams.
