Position Overview
The Radioactive Waste Characterization Specialist is a technical position that provides direct support to the Waste Management Supervisor for generation and management of dangerous, radioactive, and mixed waste, to include packaging, characterization, waste certification for disposal.
**This position shall be performed under the day-to-day direction, control, and supervision of WTCC**
REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS
**Education:** High School Diploma or GED. Associates Degree in engineering or science or equivalent education desired. Associates Degree in engineering or science may be substituted for two years of experience. Bachelorβs Degree in engineering or science may be substituted for four years of experience.
