My Client who is a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking an experienced Production Shift Manager to join their team due to continued growth and development.

The company are looking for 2 candidates for either an afternoon shift or nightshift fixed shift.

The ideal candidate will have worked within an assembly environment where operators have used hand tools.

Production Shift Manager Requirements:

Strong leadership with good interpersonal and people management skills.

Experience managing a team, ideally within the manufacturing industry.

Good problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

Experienced with inputting production data into a CRM

Ability to make decisions regarding safety and operational issues.
