Position Overview
Job Description: - Oversee daily production, process or plant operation activities.
- Monitor plant performance, production output, process parameters and equipment condition.
- Support troubleshooting of process, production or equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, quality and safety teams.
- Ensure production activities are carried out according to SOP, safety and quality requirements.
- Support plant start-up, shutdown, process improvement and operational efficiency projects.
- Guide operators / technicians during daily operation and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist in reviewing operating procedures, work instructions and production records.
- Support risk assessment, incident reporting and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental and operational standards.
