About the role
Planning/Scheduling Coordinators evaluate local production capacity and monitor the attainment of production schedules. They assist in forecasting production volumes, material usage, machine capacities, and department resources to plan and schedule production runs in an optimal sequence. Individuals in these roles monitor ship dates and assist with scheduling jobs into the production system.
