Production Scheduler - MCB

The Production Scheduler is primarily focused on converting the Master Schedule into an operational one-to-four-week schedule for a facility after aligning with the internal manufacturing capacity. The Production Scheduler is responsible for level loading daily production schedules through analyzing resource capacity and other constraints to optimize throughput, while minimizing manufacturing cycle time, inventory, and achieving on-time delivery goals. The scheduler demonstrates strong interpersonal skills through effective communication and coordination with multiple functional groups (including Operation, Customer Service, Finance, and Purchasing). The scheduler tracks the Repairs SIOP file and forecast for upcoming months, as well as aftermarket repairs BOS metrics.
