Responsibilities

As Production Quality Manager Repair Shop (OneBirr), you will:

• Take overall responsibility for quality performance within the Repair Shop.
• Guide, support, and develop a small team of quality inspectors and engineers.
• Ensure the implementation, sustainability, and continuous improvement of Built In Quality (BIQ) principles.
• Promote a “Right First Time” approach by supporting preventive quality methods in daily operations.
• Support teams in meeting inspection plans, quality requirements and customer expectations.
