Production Quality Manager Repair Shop (OneBirr)

As one of the lead quality roles in the Repair Shop, you will:

• Take overall responsibility for quality performance within the Repair Shop
• Guide, support, and develop a small team of quality inspectors and engineers
• Ensure the implementation, sustainability, and continuous improvement of Built In Quality (BIQ) principles
• Promote a Right First Time approach by supporting preventive quality methods in daily operations
• Support teams in meeting inspection plans, quality requirements, and customer expectations
• Act as the main quality contact for internal and external customers
• Ensure timely and sustainable handling of non-conformances (NCRs) with minimal impact on operations
• Guide structured root cause analyses (e.g. 8D, 5 Why) and support effective corrective and preventive actions
