Our client, a market leader in the design, development, manufacture and distribution of supply solutions worldwide, is recruiting a proactive Production Process Engineer near Coleshill, Birmingham. Salary: cGBP50k.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve and sustain manufacturing processes across cutting, pressing, tin plating and assembly operations.
• Lead the specification, procurement, installation and commissioning of new automated machinery and production line layouts.
• Analyse cycle times, drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements, reduce scrap, and maintain robust operator training standards.
• Support quality improvement through process control, root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Design, develop and optimise manufacturing layouts to improve flow, safety, and efficiency.
