- Develop and implement production plans based on business needs. - Control production progress, production capacity, and workforce resources. - Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery. - Monitor and optimize inventory of raw materials and finished products. - Analyze production data and propose improvements to enhance efficiency. - Manage and develop the production planning team.
Job Requirement
- Language: English - Business Level - Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields. - Experience: Minimum 5 years or more of experience in production planning management, preferably in Garment field. - Strong skills in planning, analysis, and coordination. - Proficient in Excel/ERP. - Leadership skills and ability to handle high pressure.
