**Description:**
You will be the Production Planning and Control Sr Mgr for the Manufacturing Planning & Control team. Our team is responsible for end‑to‑end manufacturing resource planning, material management, and production scheduling across multiple job functions.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Production Planning and Control Sr Mgr you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing group that drives manufacturing efficiency and inventory optimization.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Manage multiple manufacturing planning, material management and MRP transactions (Make, Buy, BOM, MPS).
+ Oversee production‑system integrity and implement inventory‑optimization strategies to reduce cost.
+ Develop and maintain production schedules, recovery plans, and ramp‑to‑rate plans.
+ Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions for a team of 50+ employees.
