The Production Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining production schedules to ensure that manufacturing requirements are met efficiently, on time, and in line with customer demand and business objectives.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.

2. Align production plans with customer orders and demand forecasts.

3. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules where required.

4. Liaise closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales teams.

5. Ensure timely availability of raw materials to support production requirements.

6. Track, analyse, and resolve production shortages, delays, and downtime.

7. Maintain accurate planning records, reports, and performance data.

8. Support inventory control and stock management processes.
