This role is designed to provide a professionally competent and managed MRPII based Plant Planning service to the relevant plant(s) to ensure the cost-effective utilisation of resources by means of daily production schedules for semi and finished products that satisfy the overall Master Production Schedule(s).

Roles and Responsibilities Converts the Master Production Schedule into specific achievable daily or weekly Work Orders for final and semi products Reviews new and amended customer orders on computerised SAP system Monitor the tracking of customer orders daily on the current tracking system Determines short-term changes to plans ensuring total resource capability to support the change Develop shift by shift and detailed product executing plans Provide production instructions to plants Maintains a constant check on the demonstrated plant capacity and advises when this differs from planned demand Adjusts Plant production plans based on Plant performance against production ...
