In this role, you will develop, optimize, and plan intercompany transactions. A strong sense for planning and operation is crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Arranging and preparing papers and files for the Zund Cutter machine, which will be utilized to carry out a production order for all environments.
- Verify the accuracy of the documentation, report any inconsistencies, and work with the relevant parties to resolve the issue.
- Order status tracking using ERP (MS Dynamics).
- Create Zund machine files for carton processing and configure packaging instructions for each order.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to guarantee that components and raw materials are available on time so that manufacturing schedules are met.
- Monthly monitoring of inventory levels and bridging of actual components vs. ERP consumption for PH Environments.
