The Production Planner is responsible for the creation of the shop floor plan and collaborating with the plant operations team to ensure manufacturing orders are opened and executed on time. They are required to maintain PFEP (Plan for Every Part) parameters to ensure an optimized plan that balances Customer Service and Inventory goals. They work cross-functionally to prioritize work orders and troubleshoot issues to help drive business results.

**As a Production Planner, You Will:**

+ Creates and communicates the daily/weekly production plan.
+ Reviews work orders and collaborates with Business Unit Managers and plant supervisors to ensure proper plant prioritization.
+ Reviews unreleased work orders to determine root cause(s).
+ Reviews and updates PFEP planning parameters based on historical data, standard work and business needs.
