As a Production Operator at Brett Martin, you will work:

• 12-hour shifts rotating days and nights, including weekends
• 40.25 or 46 hours per week, depending on shift pattern
• 7 or 8 out of every 14 days / nights, depending on shift pattern
• £14.88 - £ £16.69 average per hour inclusive of shift premium (basic hourly rate is £12.71)
• Salary up to £35,584.99 inclusive of shift premium
